We want you to feel confident shopping with Strong & Fearless. Please review our return conditions, time limits, exclusions and instructions below before sending an item back.

How to start a return or exchange

To request a return, please contact us at support@strongandfearless.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original tags attached
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Free from marks, stains, odours, makeup, fake tan or signs of wear

Please do not send an item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return conditions.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used when placing your order.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and display the refund in your account.

Items that do not meet our return conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we can't be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund within 5-10 business days.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us right away and we'll sort it out with a free return and full refund or replacement.
